Allie Offman graduated as a Registered Nurse. After realizing that she had a son with autism, she dedicated everything she had in supporting families with children with autism. Her inspiration is what opened up the centre and continues to keep the centre growing.
Dr. Reg. Reynolds is our Clinical Psychologist who oversee our client's programs. He is a significant part of Finding the Way Learning Centre. His dedication to the field and his contribution to our centre enable us to run a credible and standardized curriculum.
Senior Therapists - Our Senior Therapist play a crucial part at our centre. They have extensive knowledge in the application of Behavioural Therapy. Our Senior Therapists have many years of experience supporting children and families with autism and other related disorders. Our Senior Therapists support the centre by providing supervision to our Instructor Therapists as well as they oversee all of our children's programs. Our Senior Therapists work directly with our Clinical Psychologist.
Instructor Therapists - The staff at our centre play a crucial part in your childs learning and therapy on a daily basis. All of our staff are trained in ABA, Verbal Behaviour and other necessary interventions related to your child.
Placement Students - Each year Finding the Way Learning Centre receives additional support staff from Universities and Colleges. The students who we have at our centre are in school finishing their practicum experience. They are well trained in ethics and the principles of behaviour.
